Will May is a 2019 RHP/ with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Birmingham, AL who attends Spain Park. Small and skinny frame with lots of room to fill and plenty of growing still to do. Ran a 7.56 second 60 yard dash. Primary pitcher who only pitched at the event, works exclusively from the stretch, begins delivery with short leg lift, full arm action to a side arm slot, short stride down the mound but gets some extension out over front leg, really challenges hitters with his fastball that showed good sink. Pitched to contact during this outing and was effective in doing so, sinking fastball up to 68 mph, he mixed in a very effective slider that had frisbee break out of hand, lots of ground ball contact during appearance. Great student.
