2021 California Prospect Showcase
Keaton Norris is a 2023 SS/2B, 3B with a 6-2 177 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends Valley Christian Schools. Features a taller build with some strength throughout. Still has room to add more. Flashed decent glove actions which flashed the ability to work through hops. Showcased a fair amount of range for size. Actions are more fluid working to glove side. Long arm action generates solid arm strength. Maintaining more body control throughout throwing motion would help accuracy consistency. Utilizes a narrow, upright stance in the box. Showcased solid bat speed on a direct bat path. Used the entire field well throughout BP round. Strength plays well in the box, generating some raw power. More should come as the frame continues to develop. Excellent student, as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
