Derek Cintron is a 2022 2B/3B, SS with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Kissimmee, FL who attends The Vine Christian Academy. Recorded a 7.17 second 60-yard dash time. Younger frame and build but has some twitch and room to add strength. Primary second baseman with good footwork and a clean glove hand. Has some flare at the finish and moves well to either side. Good movements, body control, and throws recorded up to 81 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter with an even and online stance. Lower hand set with a knee to knee start. Longer stroke with a downhill swing plane. Aggressive shoulder turn and flashed some power when extended. Tremendous student.
