2023 13U/14U Florida Prospect Showcase
Evan Goodmon is a 2028 C/RHP/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Winter Garden, FL who attends West Orange. Athletic build with some present strength and plenty more to come. Right handed hitter, hits against a firm front side, has strength in his swing and creates bat speed, gets extended through the ball well, showed jump and lift to the middle of the field, projects well as a hitter. 7.20 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, comes out of his crouch well, shows lower half athleticism, transfer is low at present, compact arm action with good carry for his age. Also worked out in the outfield and has plenty of athleticism to play there as well, makes on line throws from a compact catcher's arm action. Excellent student. Named to the 13U/14U Florida Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
