Anthony Marsillo is a 2023 C/1B with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends Monsignor Farrell. Large, athletic build with well-proportioned strength throughout his frame with more room to fill. 7.03-second runner during the sixty. Primary catcher, even stance with a mid-line transfer. Present arm strength, up to 79 mph on his throws to second. On the bag with his throws as he put the ball right on the bat. Repeated his actions consistently. Recorded a best pop time of 2.00-seconds. Right-handed hitter, set up with a wide base and a high-back elbow. Strength translates well into swing with flashes of juice to the gaps as he displayed some feel for the barrel. Short through the zone with quickness to his hands. Very good student. Named to Summer Northeast Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
