Logan Correll is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from West Grove, PA who attends The Episcopal Academy. Compact, athletic frame with plenty of room and time to physically mature. Recorded a 7.45 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary left-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with drop-and-drive lower half mechanics and some deception with slightly coiled leg lift. Fastball worked in the 79-81 mph range for the majority of his outing and topped out at 82 mph from an extended three-quarters arm slot. Mixed in short slider with some sweep and replicated changeup as his secondary offerings, landing them for strikes and manipulating there speed and shape when ahead in the count effectively. Held velocity well throughout his three innings of work, generated weak contact when in the strike zone and will continue to improve with refined command and additional velocity. Secondary outfielder with athletic actions into the fielding process, fields cleanly off to the side and maintains some momentum into release. Recorded online, accurate throws up to 82 mph during drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open, bent knee stance with tight hands, low back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Contact oriented stroke with developing bat-to-ball skills, some compact hand speed and flatter swing path. Incorporates rotational lower half mechanics to generate torque and best impact was to the pullside when on-time. Swing translates much better into game, as he stays more direct with his hands and delivers the barrel where the pitch is located. Collected multiple hits in game action. Young, developing prospect with solid overall skills and lots of projection remaining on the mound. Good Student.
