Cooper Cantrell is a 2025 2B/RHP, IF, OF with a 5-6 98 lb. frame from Crestview, FL who attends Crestview. Lean frame with plenty of projection left for the future. Ran the sixty-yard dash in 8.49 seconds. A primary 2B, he showed quality lateral quickness and took efficient routes to grounders. Fielded balls cleanly to both sides of his body and his top throw across the infield was clocked at 63 MPH. With the bat, he hits out of a tall, narrow stance and utilizes a flat bat path through the zone to spray contact to all parts of the diamond. As a pitcher he consistently stays balanced throughout his delivery which allowed him to fill up the zone with his arsenal. His fastball peaked at 68 MPH with sinking action as well as a curveball that had significant depth. Advanced feel overall. He's also an excellent student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
