Mike Martinez is a 2024 3B/1B with a 6-0 194 lb. frame from Cutler Bay, FL who attends Keys Gate Charter School. Bigger frame with a good bit of physicality and strength throughout. Primary third baseman who bends at the waist and throws from an over the top arm slot. Deliberate actions with solid arm strength recorded up to 84 mph across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher with whip to the arm and a higher leg lift. High front glove point and shows solid arm speed. Curveball with 11/5 shape and can be landed for strikes on the arm side. Right-handed hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Swings with intent and creates good impact off the bat. Good carry to all fields and projects for solid power.
