Heath McCormick is a 2023 RHP/1B, 2B, 3B, OF with a 6-3 155 lb. frame from Leander, TX who attends Tom Glenn. Ran a 8.10 60-dash. Primary pitcher with a lean frame that has tons of projection left. He has an up-tempo delivery that's fluid and he repeats it well with quick arm speed. Throws from a three quarters lot. His fastball was up to 83 MPH with running life to it and pairs it with a good breaking ball up to 71 with horizontal action. His pitches tunnel well and gets solid extension throughout the delivery. His strong arm plays well in the field too. At the plate, has good hand strength and quickness. Starts with a closed stance and gets good hip rotation. There's strength to it too and is highest exit velocity was 80 MPH. Excellent student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
