Max Gomez is a 2022 OF/LHP with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from Cohasset, MA who attends Noble And Greenough. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.14 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance with toe tap trigger, strides out well, very upper half-dominated swing, line drive swing plane with good plate coverage, shows ability to make contact all over the zone, will improve as he gains strength and gets more out of lower half. Worked out in the outfield, quick feet, moves well and stays balanced, works through the ball and fields cleanly, maintains momentum well, clocked up to 74 mph on throws. Very good student.
