Scott Olinger is a 2025 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-2 166 lb. frame from Mill Valley, CA who attends Tamalpais. Long and lean pitcher's build with lots of room to get stronger. Works tall in his delivery and moves down the mound well. Fastball worked in the mid 70's with nice running life, attacks right handed hitters with his fastball and the velocity played up. Slider was a good pitch for him with late sweep and dive at times. Will need to add a change up in the future. 7.24 runner in the sixty, plays first base and outfield on defense, athleticism showed best at first base. Left handed hitter, has good balance and shift into contact, high back elbow load, doesn't get his hands in slot on time, can improve with adjustments. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
