Josiah Morris is a 2026 C/SS with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Oakley, CA who attends Clayton Valley. Recorded a 7.68 60-yard dash. Primary catcher with a medium athletic build. Showed athleticism and great agility behind the plate. Showed clean, refined mechanics and was quick out of the crouch and with transfer. Used a short arm action and a quick, strong arm. Recorded a best pop time of 1.98 in drills. Right-handed hitter and starts with a medium base with even feet and high hands. Gets separated well and swung with intent. Stays through it well, using a clean bat path and working the gaps. Got the barrel out well and best power was to left centerfield.
