Connor Soper is a 2024 3B/1B, IF, OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Peachtree City, GA who attends Mcintosh. Recorded a 7.10 second 60-yard dash time. Primary third baseman with a bigger frame and athletic build. Arm strength on throws across the diamond at 81 mph with a solid gather and quick exchange. Ability to change arm slot coming in on balls and moving laterally. Quick hands translate to the outfield with accurate throws up to 82 mph with solid carry and ball flight. Showed the ability to take the ball on the mound with a staggered feet set from the first base side of the rubber. Side step with a longer arm swing behind to a 3/4 slot with fastball up to 82 mph. Curveball in the low-70s with best results when he keeps the front side closed. Right-handed hitter with a square base and spread out stance in the box. Impact to the pull side when he gets it out front with barrel awareness through the zone. Solid at bats with results during games. Good Student. Named to the National Underclass Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
