Andres Garces is a 2025 C/UT with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Pinecrest, FL who attends Christopher Columbus. Medium frame with a lean build. Ran an 8.48 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, slightly higher setup with a strong lower half, developing fluidity to his actions, releases from a very compact arm action with some arm strength for the age and produced low accurate throws that project well as he matures. Righthanded hitter, sets up wide with and in line; simple swing on an uphill path, works to lift the ball through impact but is developing bat speed and the ability to get the barrel out front. Projects with strength gains and maturity.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
