Jacob Kidd is a 2021 C with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Hurricane, WV who attends Hurricane. Medium to Larger frame with a thick, stocky type build. Ran a 7.60 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher starting from a higher set. Reaches for the baseball out front. Uphill release on throws that are around the bag. Raw feel for the position with a good build for it. Recorded a 2.16 second pop time. Righthanded hitter starting from a balanced, upright stance. Lower hand set before working into an uphill swing path. Middle to pull side approach. Outstanding Student.
