Sebastian Harden is a 2022 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Grand Oaks. Medium frame with athletic, twitchy frame; ran 60 yard dash in 6.84 seconds. Hits from open start, wider spread, quick hands into swing, steeper entry, has bat speed and barrel skills out front, needs path adjustment to get the ball in the air more, good hitting tools. Worked out in the infield, smooth hands out front, hands work well in any direction, clean feet to the ball, gets tangled through it at times, quick release with strong arm, clocked up to 84 mph on throws. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
