Matthew Monsisvais is a 2027 1B/LHP, OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Mansfield, TX who attends Mansfield High. Bigger build with solid size and defined upper half. Ran a 8.10 in the sixty. Showed plenty to like in outfield and first base drills. Glove down on time at first with quick turns to the bag. Clean funnel and moves well. Solid accuracy from the outfield with a bit of carry to throws. Charges hard. Also pitched, mini rocker steps into a high three-quarter slot. Fastball commanded well, flashed a short 2-8 breaking ball that played off well. Left-handed hitter, wide base and high hand set. Good feel to launch with lift to the pull side. Uncoils well and gets into both halves, more power potential in store.

Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
