Jacob Guthmiller is a 2025 OF/RHP/1B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from St Johns, FL who attends Bartram Trail. Medium frame with a lean build. Ran a 7.80 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, clean approach to the ball, funnels the ball slightly off to the side and slows momentum some, releases on time from lower slot and will improve results on throws with added arm strength. Also pitched, stretch only with simplicity to the delivery, has solid direction and extends well over his front side; fastball plays true and showed good shape to a bigger breaking ball. Righthanded hitter, physical hitter, loads deep and uncoils well, shows good bat speed and torques his hips well into it with quick hands and strength at impact. Good extension through impact and showed good strength off the barrel. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
