Matthew Ladd-Wright is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Winter Park. Medium build with some present strength and room for plenty more. 6.99 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, works through the ball with good fundamental footwork and balance, transitions cleanly into his throws, has good carry on his throws and makes accurate one hop throws. Right handed hitter, starts his swing with a full coil and comes out of it early, loses his lower half, short downhill swing path, timing improvements to his lower half will help create better bat speed.
