2022 National Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Alex Ebling is a 2023 MIF/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from St Louis, MO who attends Westminster Christian Academy. Medium build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a short stride into contact, loads his hands tight and has a short and compact swing, high contact approach that he executes well, has a bit of loft out front. Very good runner, 6.79 in the sixty. Showed good lower half twitch and quickness in the infield on defense, very good lateral range and quality body control, can let the ball get a bit close to his body fielding, good carry on his throws. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
