Ryan Darrah is a 2025 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF, OF with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from River Ridge, LA who attends Brother Martin. Ryan showed some decent speed as he ran a 6.87 60 Yard Dash. Ryan showed a long lengthy frame with plenty of more strength to be added going forward. Primary infield Darrah showed plenty of athletic actions to like. He fields the ball out front well with soft hands and easy glove to hand transfers. Ryan showed great arm strength across the infield with plenty of carry and a shorter arm action as well as accurate throws. On the mound he works with a a simple athletic operation. He comes from a mid to high leg lift as he creates plenty of extension down the slope towards the plate. He occasionally will change up the timing in his operation disrupting the opposing hitters timing. Darrah showed good feel for a upper 70s/lower 80s fastball with some occasional late cut to it. Right handed hitter he starts with an extra wide base with a slight toe tap trigger. He worked with a level bat path with plenty of speed in the barrel. Ryan consistency lined the ball to the pull side with a high finish through point of contact. He was named to the 2022 Deep South Prospect Top Team List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
