Charlie Hall is a 2023 LHP/OF with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Cincinnati, OH who attends Sycamore. Extra Large frame with a lean build proving to have some fast twitch type muscle. Ran a 6.90 second sixty yard dash. Primary Left-Handed Pitcher, working exclusively from the stretch. Belt high lift staying under control before striding out. Medium stride length before releasing from a three-quarter slot while getting extended out front. Whip to the arm present and projects even more velocity down the road. Fastball showing downhill plane in the mid-80's with spin rates up to 2125 rpm. Mixed in a sharp slider in the low-70's with spin rates up to 2120 rpm. Rounded the arsenal off with a solid changeup in the mid-70's while killing the spin around 1567 rpm. Feel to locate all three and was confident in his actions. Projects on the mound. Secondary Outfielder, sitting back a bit before working into the baseball. Gathers out front while slowing down. Young footwork but the arm shows really well. Accurate to the bag with throws up to 82 mph. Left-Handed Hitter, narrow and open to start. Hanging leg lift to stride. Knows how to leverage the baseball and drove it with some thump when he timed it up properly. Fluid cut with tools to like, making him projectable in the box. Outstanding Student. Named to Ohio Valley Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
