Anthony Carrea is a 2025 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Midland Park, NJ who attends Midland Park. Recorded a 7.67 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop with a lean and athletic frame. Moved around with good actions, showcasing quality glovework with soft hands and a clean funnel. Showed solid arm strength across the diamond. Right-handed hitter and starts with a wide base and a high back elbow and hands. Employs a toe tap timing trigger and keeps the hands inside the ball. Displayed some strength at impact and worked the middle of the field with line drives often. Secondary right-handed pitcher and begins delivery with a leg lift to waist level. Good tempo to operation and uses a compact arm action, releasing from a high-3/4 slot. Ran fastball up to 75 mph and showed some deception. Showcased advanced pitchability and mixed in 11-5 curveball and landed it with good depth. Great student.
