Connor Laeng is a 2019 MIF/3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Monmouth, OR who attends Central HS. Thick and strong build. Switch-hitter, better at present from the left side, has simple swing that is well timed, middle of the field line drive approach, stays balanced and directional well and centers the ball well, works the middle of the field. Has less flow and timing to his swing right handed at present. Funnels the ball well on defense and has soft hands, fields the ball cleanly, soft accurate throws. Very good student.
