Joseph Contreras is a 2022 2B/3B, SS, OF with a 5-7 155 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends St. Brendan. Shorter height but springy athletic look with lots of room to bulk. Ran a 7.24 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, some timing to he approach and trusts the hands that are typically in good position out from. Uses the feet effectively as well. Short arm action and was consistently around the bag. A secondary outfielder, round the ball well and cuts angles using his feet to cut the distance. A left-handed hitter, wider start with he base and quiet process. Anchors the back side and lets the hands go to hit balls to all fields. Hands have some quickness to them. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
