Zeyad Shariff is a 2021 RHP/1B with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Flushing, NY who attends Townsend Harris. Medium frame with extra long limbs, projectable body type with room to fill, 7.87 runner in the 60. A primary pitcher with a young developing pitcher's build who throws exclusively from the stretch. Shows a full arm action with a long arm circle in the back through a full 3/4 arm slot, creates cut action to the fastball which topped at 70 mph. Pitches off his fastball and creates good extension to the plate while maintaining good direction. Change-up is thrown with hand speed and generates arm side fade. Good student.
