2004 Northwest Top Prospect Showcase
C.J. Cullen is a 2006 middle infielder/third baseman from Burien, Washington, with a 6'2", 175 lb. frame, and strong athletic build. He shows some versatility on defense, with good hands and agility to move side to side well. Cullen has a middle of the order type bat that should put up solid offensive numbers now, and at the next level. He is a good top college prospect that will generate a lot of interest when he becomes a senior. Cullen is a knowledgeable hitter, and shows that he has been taught correctly. He has good rhythm and balance at plate, and is a heady defender. He runs well with excellent instincts. CJ can play and he's an excellent student.
