Jared Snyder is a 2022 C/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Highland, CA who attends Citrus Valley. Long and lean athletic build with lots of room to fill in and get stronger. 6.97 runner in the sixty. Sets up athletically behind the plate with loose and flexible lower half, simple compact exchange on his throws, pretty mature footwork, has the beginnings of some arm strength that will continue to improve as he gets stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow stance with an exaggerated high hand start, inside swing approach, has an accurate barrel and moves the ball around the field with line drive contact. Good student, verbal commitment to Long Beach State.
