Grainger Yurevich is a 2023 1B/RHP/2B/3B/OF with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Springfield, IL who attends Glenwood. At 1B, Yurevich displayed a full arm action across the diamond with raw athletic movements. Yurevich has strength in the build and should see the glove work refine in the future. On the bump, the physical righty showcased balanced mechanics with ability to pound the zone from a high 3/4 arm slot. Yurevich flashed depth to a breaking ball in the arsenal to complement the fastball in the low 70's. Offensively, Yurevich started from a traditional even stance with intent to spray balls gap to gap. He used a high leg lift to generate power from the lower half and successfully created lift to the opposite field. Ran a 8.30 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
