Hunter Jenkins is a 2019 OF/1B with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Maple Valley, WA who attends Tahoma HS. Medium athletic build with good present strength. Left handed hitter, has a loose and extended swing with present bat speed, strong hands at contact, will dive in and get his body out front at times but does a good job of keeping his hands back. Absolutely dominated at the plate during games with a home run, a pair of triples and a couple of singles, pretty much drove the ball every at-bat for two days. 7.65 runner, showed better speed on the bases. Plays both outfield and first base, left field tools in the outfield. Bat is his tool. Good student.
