Quentin Moon is a 2022 LHP/OF with a 5-8 120 lb. frame from Henderson, TX who attends Henderson. Very slender young build, minimal present strength. High leg lift delivery with a good hip turn at top, long and whippy arm action coming through with good extension out front. Fastball topped out at 73 mph, gets very consistent running and especially sinking action, heavy pitch that will induce lots of ground balls. Had a good release on his curveball with 1/7 shape and some depth to it, should develop into a good pitch with additional arm speed. Threw strikes and stayed out of the middle of the plate due to his movement. Projectable pitcher who will improve as he gets stronger and already has an idea how to pitch.
