Garrett Schroeder is a 2023 SS/OF/UT with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Dallas, TX who attends Pearce. Large frame with a strong and athletic build. Ran a 7.02 second 60-yard dash. Worked out in the outfield, good athlete moving around the position, works around the ball well and carries momentum through funnel and release, good glove work on the ground and arm strength really plays well, up to 87 on strong carrying throws, profiles well in a corner. Right-handed hitter, even stance and slightly upright, very smooth and fluid stroke, works mostly level through the zone on a line drive approach, has some hand speed and added strength will generate more bat speed, able to produce solid impact to the middle of the field, projects to a good bit of power long-term. Good student. Committed to Texas Tech. Named to 2022 High School All State Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
