Chris Smith is a 2024 MIF/RHP with a 5-6 155 lb. frame from Hampton, GA who attends Lovejoy. Lean build. In the infield, not the most swift laterally but has no problem securing the ball cleanly and delivering accurate throws across. At the plate, he sets up with even base and tight hands. The stroke is compact with an approach geared through the middle of the field. On the mound, he operates out the stretch excluively with medium arm stroke and high slot release point. Works linear/direct to the dish and just attacking the strikezone. Landed the breaking ball for strikes as well. 8.18 60-yard. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
