Noah Freedman is a 2020 C with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Larchmont, NY who attends Mamaroneck High School. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.56 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, gains some ground coming out of crouch with lower half, remains tall at release, quick arm through the back, effort at release, gets on top of throws from a high release point, finishes throws well, arm strength will continue to develop with additional lower half implemented. Righthanded hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a tight hand set at start of swing. Upper body dominant swing, limited shift through lower half, short and direct swing with occasional lift, works the opposite field and can generate additional extension out front. Excellent student.
