Julian Henao is a 2019 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Margate, FL who attends Coral Springs HS. Medium athletic build. 6.95 runner, second base actions and tools in the infield defensively, throws from a low slow and makes accurate throws, good quickness and comes to the ball with energy. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a simple line drive contact approach, good timing and load, short line drive swing with nice hand quickness, mid field to pull side contact, can turn on the ball. Also pitched, has a quick arm from a 3/4's arm slot, fluid and low effort mechanics. Fastball topped out at 83 mph, mostly straight, also throws a sweeping curveball with 10/4 shape and mixes well. Plays with energy.
