Jack Wilhelm is a 2022 RHP/MIF with a 5-10 161 lb. frame from Katy, TX who attends St. John XXIII. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.77 seconds. Primary pitcher, quick-paced delivery with good balance and direction, uses lower half well, clean direction downhill, fastball worked 82-84 mph with good life, showed curveball with 11/5 shape and good bite, also flashed quality changeup. Good upside on the mound. Hits from narrow, upright stance with leg lift trigger, linear lower half, stays direct with hand path and works on linear plane, shows whole-field approach, can work oppo/middle with authority, solid bat speed. Worked out in the infield, good bounce to actions, quick and confident with glove, works through with balance, shorter stride, clocked up to 82 mph on throws. Named to 2020 National Underclass South Top Prospect List.
