Ace Williamson is a 2022 SS/RHP/UT with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Carrollton, GA who attends Carrollton. Tall athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. Excellent runner, 6.65 in the sixty. Primary infielder on defense, has some foot quickness moving side to side, long extended arm action with some carry, also plays the outfield where his speed would give him outstanding range. Left handed hitter, hits from an exaggerated open/narrow stance with a big stride into contact, tight hands with a short and compact swing, will get off balance at times with his big stride into the ball but shows bat speed and the ability to drive the ball when on time and balance, projects well as a hitter with adjustments and consistency. Good student. Named to the Sunshine Gulf Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.
