Kaden Griffitts is a 2023 OF/LHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Riverton, IL who attends Williamsville. Recorded a 6.95 60 second sixty yard dash time. Lean and athletic build with a great chance to continue adding strength to the profile, body projects well. Primary outfielder, moves well to the ball and shows athleticism in his actions. Has present arm speed with great carry to his throws at 86 mph. Left-handed hitter with a square and balanced stance, has a deep hand set upon load. Utilizes a small and controlled leg lift trigger, gets into a good hitting position upon launch, turns the barrel over well and has impressive bat speed. Aggressive swinger with obvious strength in the swing, showed the ability to elevate with ease and has good feel for the barrel. Showed a mostly pull side approach in BP and would tend to dive to get to the outer third, did a much better job of staying on pitches during the game and found multiple loud barrels to the middle of the field in live action. Athletic prospect with lots of components to like and project on moving forward. Good student. Named to the 2022 National Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
