Bryan Probst -- Probst is an angular and highly projectable junior outfielder from Missouri. He has plenty of room to add strength to his good 6-2 frame. Probst hits from narrow stance with a toe tap trigger and made solid contact to the middle of the field during batting practice and games. As he adds strength and gets some lower half involvement, those balls could start jumping off his bat in a big hurry. Probst showed us game speed and defensive ability that were impressive. He gets out of the box quickly and runs the bases well. He also made some very strong and accurate throws to bases. We like to see young prospects perform, as well as show their tools, and Probst did a good job of this. He’s a very strong student as well.
