Franco Chaluja is a 2024 C/1B/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Jacksonville, FL who attends Bishop Kenny. Medium athletic build with very good strength for his age. 7.16 runner in the sixty. Has good lateral quickness behind the plate catching and is a willing and aggressive blocker, shows good arm strength with a pretty quick exchange and release, makes accurate throws, received the ball cleanly during the games. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base with an upper body rotational swing, line drive swing plane, looks to get the barrel out early and pull the ball, strong enough to create some jump off the barrel. Good athlete with strength who will keep improving. Elite level student.
