Ziegen Farley is a 2021 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-6 125 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Marshall HS. Young and slender athletic body, lots of room to get stronger. 7.55 runner, played both the outfield and infield, profiles best at second base at second, shows some skills and balance in the infield, charges the ball well and has quick hands at the ball, arm works well with developing arm strength. Has sound fundamentals in the outfield and fields the ball cleanly. Right handed hitter, turned in front side and foot, causes trigger to be late, handles the barrel with a short swing, mostly opposite field contact, should improve offensively as he gets stronger. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a on line delivery and a compact arm action, low effort delivery. Threw strikes consistently with a fastball that topped out at 75 mph with occasional sinking action. Good student.
