Jacob Billings is a 2021 OF/RHP, 1B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Rancho Cucamonga, CA who attends Rancho Cucamonga HS. Jacob is an extremely talented and athletic player who shows all the makings of being an elite and noteworthy prospect moving forward. In addition to his obvious gifts on the field, Jacob is also a solid student. He ran a solid 7.00 60 yard dash. A primary outfielder, Jacob just has that look of an accomplished and confident player. He has advanced actions and appears very comfortable in and with his game. He reads the ball quickly and uses his plus footwork to position without hesitation. His quick trigger allows his powerful arm to produce routine 90 mph throws, All his tosses show elite carry and are highly accurate. He has the tools to impact a solid program at the next level. At the plate, Jacob starts with a narrow base and then explodes through his stride. He cuts the barrel loose and never gets cheated. He really throws his hands at the ball. He takes a big hack, but shows a plus feel for the barrel. The ball jumps off his barrel. Obvious plus raw power, Big upside with the bat. Jacob is a special player with unique ability. He has the tools to play the game for quite a while. Solid prospect.
