2021 Texas Prospect Showcase
Ty Kutac is a 2022 OF/ with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Bowie. Ran a 7.19 60-yard dash. Solid run tool and it's his most impactful tool. Good athleticism in the outfield and shows good range/routes out there. Sure-handed defender with a strong glove. His arm is accurate and he keeps throws low/on target. At the plate, short levered left-handed swing. He's short to the ball and shows good bat to ball skills. His highest exit velocity was 77 MPH. He should have no problem making a ton of contact with this swing. Great student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
