Landon Busby is a 2019 3B/RHP, MIF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Fayetteville, GA who attends Whitewater. Medium and sturdy frame. Ran a 7.45 second 60 yard dash. Primary third baseball, took reps in the infield sitting back on the baseball, fields the baseball out in front, shuffles into his release, low arm angle throws with average arm strength, actions play best at his primary third baseman position, topped out at 82 mph across the diamond. Secondary righthanded pitcher, high effort delivery, compact arm action up to a high 3/4 arm slot, could utilize lower half more into delivery, quick arm creating some plane at times, fastball topped out at 80 mph, curveball has 10-to-4 shape and occasional late bite, changeup has good potential with fade and feel to hitters of either handedness. Righthanded hitter, narrow base with a high hand set to start, hands work well into the swing, line drive barrel plane combined some lower half usage, looks to lift the baseball, some barrel feel working the ball to the middle of the field.
