Brenden O'Sullivan is a 2022 1B/LHP, OF with a 6-1 163 lb. frame from Canton, GA who attends Cherokee. He ran a 7.41 second sixty. A primary first baseman with a medium slender build. At first base he showed good feel for ht double play feeds moving around the ball with confidence and getting his feet in position to make accurate throws on the bag. On the mound he throws from the third base side of the rubber with a side step into a lower leg lift showing a quicker arm swing up to a three-quarters arm slot with some deception as the fastball sat 75-78 mph while paired with a upper 60's breaking ball. Right-handed hitter, starts with the weight shift on the back side, he stays on the back side as the barrel comes through the zone swinging up hill working the ball mostly to the pull side. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
