Grant Dalton is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Harrison. Primary right-handed pitcher with a medium frame and developing build. Closed feet set starting point from stretch only position on the mound. Strike-thrower from the first base side of the rubber with medium arm swing behind to a lower 3/4 arm slot. Rhythmic delivery with hands raising to chest from belt start with leg lift to high waist. Direct line to the plate with fastball up to 77 mph and breaking ball with depth in the mid-60s. Secondary outfielder with a side gather on approach and throws up to 74 mph to the bases. Right-handed hitter with an open stance and low hands setup in the box. Double toe tap trigger to get separation of hands into slot with some bat speed through the zone. Works best middle of the field with backspin line drives and developing strength through zone. Recorded a 7.30 second 60-yard dash time. Excellent Student with a 4.0 GPA.
