Nathan Waligora is a 2020 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Livonia, MI who attends Stevenson. Large frame with some strength present and projection still remaining. Ran a 7.35 second 60 yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, works on the mound from a deceptive delivery, balances on his back leg with a coil at balance point, stays online to the plate with his landing releasing with intent, creates some extension out in front working out over his front side and locating the baseball down in the zone, gets downhill well. Fastball topped out at 87 mph and stays mostly straight to the plate, feel for his low-70s curveball also locating it well down in the zone. Secondary third baseman, worked out in the infield gathering the baseball in an athletic position out in front, shuffles into his release with a compact and loose arm action, actions play at third base, topped out at 84 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a slightly open stance, turns the barrel over well with strength at contact. Great student. Named to 2019 Great Lakes Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
