2023 14U Georgia All-State Games
Ryan Johansen is a 2027 MIF/RHP with a 5-7 141 lb. frame from Buford, GA who attends Buford. Smaller frame with a lean athletic build. Ran a 7.63 second 60-yard dash. Primary middle-infielder, moves around the dirt well with good range to both sides, hands showed well and good working through the ball, clean across the infield and good things that project with strength. Pitches too, easy mover and shorter arm stroke, high slot release and fastball plays true, bigger curveball and fills zone. Left-handed hitter, short path and whips the hands some, solid hand speed just late with the timing and worked the other way. Showed well in game action, good on both sides, swing works well and confident on dirt.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
