Brian Soto is a 2018 MIF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from San German, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Slender young build, lots of room to get stronger. 6.87 runner, tends to wait back on the ball on defense, developing arm strength, third base actions and tools. Right handed hitter, keeps his hands tight and sort to the ball, high extended exaggerated finish, bottom hand dominant swing, swings hard and has some impact when he squares up, mid field to pull contact. Very good student.
