Marcus Brown is a 2020 SS/2B/3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Springdale, AR who attends Shiloh Christian. Medium athletic build with good present strength and room for more. 6.87 runner, is very balanced on defense in the middle infield, very soft hands at the ball, plays very well on the run and makes accurate throws from multiple arm angles, more second base type arm strength but athleticism and feel make him solid at shortstop presently. Left handed hitter, short swing path from a small leg lift load, will stay over his back side at times, uses his hips well to drive his swing, has a plus feel for the barrel and lined several game hits.
